I’ve Been Where You Are Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. You want someone who truly understands—not just professionally, but…
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about someone walking with you as you rediscover your strength and confidence.
Life can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s the weight of anxiety, the pain of grief, or the uncertainty of change, it’s easy to feel stuck. But you don’t have to go through this alone.
At Dignity Counseling, I believe healing happens in a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Therapy with me isn’t about finding quick fixes—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and creating a life that feels right for you.
I specialize in Dignity Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and evidence-based counseling approaches, providing you with the tools to process emotions, navigate transitions, and reclaim peace of mind.
For years, I thought strength meant handling everything alone. It wasn’t until I found support through therapy that I realized true strength comes from allowing yourself to be seen, to be supported, and to heal in your own way.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experience and professional dedication. Before Dignity Counseling, I worked in hospice and palliative care, helping individuals and families find meaning and comfort through life’s most difficult transitions. This work solidified my belief that everyone’s story deserves to be honored, and healing is deserved at any stage of life.
